Compensation: $22,000 annual, with 90 day review

Summary
The Southern Vision Alliance (SVA) is looking for a detail-oriented person to support the executive director. This person must have a demonstrated commitment to SVA’s mission, vision, and values.
Desirable experiences and skills
- 2+ years of professional administrative experience, preferably related to political, movement oriented organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and common office equipment
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Attention to detail
Required skills

Supervision
- Supervised by the Executive Director.
- Collaborate with staff to complete responsibilities.
Responsibilities include
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Help with daily time management
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Other duties as assigned
