Transparency in Coverage
The Transparency in Coverage (TiC) final rules require group health plans and health insurance issuers to disclose detailed pricing information on a public website effective immediately. This requirement applies to all non-grandfathered medical plans, regardless of size or funding arrangement.
This link leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.
